30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item meets the conditions below.
Condition of Returned Items
- Unworn, with original packaging and tags attached
- Free from marks, odours, or signs of outdoor wear
- Accompanied by your order number or confirmation email
Combo Deal Returns
Combo purchases must be returned as a complete set (both sneakers) to qualify for a refund at the combo price. Returning only one sneaker from a combo will be assessed at that sneaker's individual price, not the combo rate.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us via our Contact page with your order number.
- We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item, back to your original payment method.
Sale & Promotional Items
Items purchased on promotion follow the same 30-day policy unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
